Overview
We stayed here in July and enjoyed the peace and beauty of our safari tent. It hard a large living area with smooth wooden floors, ideal for a wheelchair. A huge wet room accessed through either bedroom with shower chair, a raised toilet with transfer space and a basin with space to get a whee close. As its a working farm there where animals to see if your mora mobile and lots of fresh eggs if required. There was an endless supply of wood for the stove which meant the tent was always warm. This stove also had an oven at the top. Kitchen was small but had all that's needed. The deck was covered and had plenty of space. They allowed our dog to come too.
Transport & Parking
Only one of the tents gas parking directly in front. The others you have to walk to. Wheelbarrows are providing for luggage transport. The path was smooth though on a slope, fine with my powerchair. Quite remote so probably need to come by car.
Access
A slope down a gravel path to the tent but perfect once you reach the decking and tent.
Toilets
Couldn't have been more suited to disabled clients.
Staff
Very friendly and helpful couple who own the site. Before we went we asked about access knowing we couldn't park outside our tent expecting some description but they sent us 2 videos showing me route and path suitability for my wheelchair.
