Overview
An accessible transport hub to change between the Jubilee Line and the DLR.
Transport & Parking
Quite a hub of transport as it's DLR station and underground.
Access
There are lifts to connect you from the ticket office, DLR and Jubilee Line. My best suggestion is to ask one of the staff who will either point you in the right direction or escort you. Getting on the Tube was described as step free. It's not quite as there is a bit of a gap and a height difference. I'd describe it as being similar to going up a small kerb - the trick for me was to keep moving. When getting on look out for the wheelchair spaces - they're marked with a wheelchair logo.
Toilets
Didn't notice any but I wasn't looking so there may be one but I doubt it.
Staff
Excellent - staff were quick to offer assistance.
Anything else you wish to tell us?
The Jubilee Line worked well for me to connect with the DLR.
