Overview

Fairly good access from the multi-story car park. Bright, spacious shopping centre, sadly looking a little bare these days. Nevertheless, this is a good place to park and access the Falkirk High Street where you'll find various independent cafes and coffee shops.

Transport & Parking

Good car park, always spaces available. There are numerous accessible car parking spaces on different levels, but the best is on level four which leads into the shopping centre, via Shopmobility and automatic doors.

Access

Wide route through the shopping centre, automatic doors in and out of the centre, most if not all shops in the centre have doors kept open. There is a Shopmobility on the fourth floor. If you're leaving the shopping centre to go onto the High Street, it's through automatic doors and down a ramp. Bright, natural lighting inside. Lift and elevator access between floors.

Toilets

Not always the nicest or tidiest, but they are available. There are more accessible toilets along the High Street in the Howgate Centre, and these are usually a bit nicer.

Staff

Haven't encountered many staff from the centre, but the shop staff are all very friendly.
