Overview
Wheelchair accessible throughout the zoo, decent accessible toilets, friendly and helpful staff, plenty of disabled parking using British blue badge. There isn't any discount for disabled visitor/carer - have to pay full price. Plenty of eating places, didn't use inside restaurants so don't know how user friendly they are. Clean park throughout.
Transport & Parking
Plenty of parking, can use British blue badge in Canada. Train station at zoo.
Access
Most areas were wheelchair accessible. Most step areas had alternative routes.
Toilets
Plenty of accessible toilets, they appeared clean, rooms big enough to allow carer as well.
Staff
Friendly and helpful.

Really enjoyable visit, giant pandas are arriving in 2018.
