Overview
I am a season ticket holder at Inverness CT and obviously love Caley Thistle but I have to be honest that the accessibility is not great. First of, It can be hard buying a ticket if you're not registered with the club as being a wheelchair user. You have to be registered with the club (unless you're a away supporter) if you are wanting to get a ticket so bare that in mind.
Transport & Parking
Disabled car parking close to the turnstile.
Access
I was in the main stand disabled area and it is very good as there are toilets right behind you and a cover so you don't get wet when it rains.
Toilets
The toilets can be hard to access as even though it clearly says "disabled toilets" on the door, everyone else uses the toilet. I needed the toilet but there was a LONG queue of about 20 people and not one of them was physically disabled and it took me 20 minutes to get to the front of the queue.
Staff
Useless. A lady who was supposed to be a steward was watching the 2 disabled fans for the entire game like I was going to jump of my scooter and start dragging myself onto the pitch. Then at full time she asked ME to lift a gate to let people through.
