Overview
I travelled from Inverness to London and the service was, as always brilliant! The accommodation was the accessible double room, it was clean and fresh, plenty of space for my scooter, I was able to visit the lounge beforehand to top my scooter up, it is stated that you can’t charge them on the train but, I’ve never had a problem. The staff sort the ramp out for you and there’s an attendant call button to summon help if you need it! Breakfast is delivered to your room up to about 1/2 hour before arrival at Euston, so around 7-7.15!
Transport & Parking
Access
Each accessible coach has a ramp stored at the berth 6 end (they got from 1 - 6) which is normally at the opposite end to the club car! The staff will lay the ramp for you and make sure you’re safe before going off to perform other duties.
Toilets
The accessible toilets are next door to each berth, a standard universal toilet that’s found in almost every train in the British isles, with familiar controls and space
