The staff are very friendly , polite and pleasant.

There were plenty of disabled parking spaces .

There weren't many lifts as it was mostly stairs.

They were very easy to find.

I would highly recommend it as the view at the top is amazing. Unfortunately when we went it was really misty so we couldn't see a thing which was very dissapointing.
