Overview

There is a narrow door at the front of the store with two steps so not suitable for wheelchair access. There is another door to the side of the shop but this is not well highlighted and often the door is closed as the staff have forgotten to open it in the morning.

Transport & Parking

There is no parking directly outside the coffee shop but there is disabled parking at one of the car parks about 5 minutes walk away.

Access

There is no ramp to help gain access to the store and there is no indication as to how a disabled person would gain access unless having previously been before and being aware of the side door.

Toilets

There are no accessible toilets. There are two toilets situated below the shop floor so customers are required to use narrow and fairly steep stairs to access them.

Staff

Staff very helpful with bringing drink to table and always offer to shuffle furniture to make room
