Overview

Very disappointed in Cafe Nero with this one, there is a large step to the front door with no ramp access. If you are able to get in there is no disabled toilet and it is cramped, so people with visual impairments might find it difficult to get around. When I asked about an alternative entrance I was told that there was none and I could go to the other branch down the road. My personal opinion is that Caffe Nero have the best chain coffee, but it is very disheartening to see the lack of consideration given by the company with the design of this store. A ramp is now expensive.
