Not the best, but for an independent place, it was okay. Go when less busy for an easier time.

Overview
Staff very friendly & lovely vegetarian & vegan food! Were able to accommodate dietary requirements such as low fibre or gluten-free! Looked like they had a lot of elderly regulars with mobility scooters who parked them outside.
Transport & Parking
Parked in the car park next to bowls club on Commercial road. Had plenty of disabled bays. Got 1 extra hour parking. Was fairly easy to get to the cafe - no major hills.
Access
Was able to access the cafe in a manual chair, however, there was a small threshold to get over. Forgot to ask if they provided a ramp for powerchair users. Very little space indoors so moving about was very difficult - for me, I preferred to get out my chair & use my stick as my current chair is a standard NHS style, which is very bulky. I was able to park myself under a table in my chair which was good.
Toilets
Toilet was adapted to the best of their ability. Low sink, grab bars & emergency cord (however this was not close to the ground). No room for a larger wheelchair to get in & manoeuvre or transfer if a full-time user. Much smaller active chair users might be okay depending on turning circle & ability - just over 1 meter squared space from what I can remember. Very clean & tidy.
Staff
Very friendly & helpful when asked questions. Sometimes short staffed.
