Overview

The Broma café is situated inside the Faith Mission Bookshop at 548 Gilmerton Road EH17 7JD. The facility is fabulous and is on ground level and beneficial for wheelchair users or those with limited mobility and the café is spacious and the food is good. The soups are recommended! The Booskshop with CD's within the building is an asset for those with a faith and with its own large car park is an asset for the car user. There is a good bus service as well with bus stops just outside and the toilets are excellent. The disabled toilet is spacious and is always immaculately neat and tidy. The staff are really friendly and always give me a warm welcome and there is wi-fi for internet use which is another asset.

Transport & Parking

The Broma café has its own large car park with disabled parking spaces and for those using public transport the bus stops are just outside the venue.

Access

The café is on ground level but an additional benefit would be for an automatic door open button for wheelchair users.

Toilets

The disabled toilet was signposted and easy to find and very spacious. It was very clean and was well stocked with hand towels and toilet paper. I thought the hand bowl could have been larger though.

Staff

The staff remembered my name and are always warm and friendly. They are very helpful if advice is needed.

I could connect my laptop to the internet and I was very happy with my experience and I will visit The Broma café again.
