Overview
We needed a stop off on route thru Birmingham and all loving chocolate figured this would be an ideal way to waste an hour and stretch our legs. You MUST pre book tickets, especially during half term. Good amount of disabled parking, ramped access to the entrance. Special banded assistance for wheelchair user and designated member of staff to guide you. Accessible WC (I saw a sign for a changing place too) All exhibitions have been designed to accommodate wheelchair users, the train ride even has a car for a wheelchair user - thankfully short and definately aimed at younger kids (not 15yr olds) Lowered bench in chocolate room. I felt every effort had been made to accommodate a wheelchair user,
