Overview
We didn't plan to eat here but we were tempted in by a member of staff - she wanted to share the menu with us but all I wanted to know about was the loo! There is level access to the ground floor seating area plus a clearly marked disabled loo in the corner, which is well equipped. Staff were helpful and attentive, giving me options for where we were seated. The menu wasn't extensive but included veggie iptions - it was delicious and I would happily go again if I'm in the area. This is close to the Olympic Park, which is why we were here.
Transport & Parking
As the the restaurant is on the edge of Westfield Shopping centre, there's no parking other than that for the centre. Buses don't stop right outside but obviously stop at Westfield.
Access
Level access, smooth floors. Easy to wheel in. Only issue is that there are lots of tables and if full, turning space could be limited. Similarly, getting past diners at the seats near the entrance or by the stairs might be difficult if busy - we were there early evening and it was fine.
Toilets
Disabled loo was clean and well equipped. There was plenty if space to get a wheelchair alongside the loo but the nappy disposal bin was positioned there. If this was relocated, it would be fine. This door opened inwards and wasn't heavy.
Staff
Considerate, attentive, friendly, helpful.
