Zero stars. I was unable to get inside.
Transport & Parking
The nearest step-free tube stations are Tottenham Court Road and Green Park. Both have notoriously unreliable lifts - check before you travel. Loads of buses run up and down nearby Shaftesbury Avenue.
Access
Zero stars. I was unable to get into the restaurant. There is a big step just beyond the front door and the restaurant doesn't have a ramp.
Toilets
I don't know about the toilets because I was unable to get inside the restaurant.
Staff
Zero stars. The one member of staff I spoke to wasn't at all concerned about the fact that I couldn't get in.
