Overview
We have been welcomed to both the Cinema and the Opera House on numerous occasions in 2018, all our visits we have been looked after and cared for by the whole team the front of house, reception and the team on the ground. Thank you for your support and look forward to seeing you in 2019.

Access
Considering the building wasn't built for disabled access the team work extremely hard to ensure that peoples needs are catered for.
Toilets
No problem whatsoever accessible toilets are quite large and we negotiated with the frame with no problems.
Staff
Staff were accommodating and extremely professional and pleasant.
