Overview
Flat venue throughout.
Transport & Parking
Disabled parking is nearer to ordinary silver chalets.(don't know about specific disability chalets I would assume they are very close) large trolleys are easily available to put luggage on and staff would be happy to push those for you if needed.
Access
All flat outside. Lift access to some indoor upstairs venues often has queues outside due to being tiny (only big enough for one) and sharing with copious amounts of prams/childrens buggies. Given front row seats for circus for excellent views due to wheelchair with all family members. We booked an ordinary ground floor silver chalet which was accessible for a small wheelchair and when we arrived they had already put in a temporary ramp to get over the door threshold.
Toilets
Only let down are the toilets, I'm not aware of any changing places toilets and the toilets are on the small side, but plentiful. Silver chalets aren't far away from main campus to return to.
Staff
Excellent staff. Can't fault them. They all seem happy and make a point to say hello in passing. They were extremely helpful across the board. They never made us aware of the wheelchair as an inconvenience. You don't have to ask for help, there are plenty of staff and they appear out of nowhere when you need help! I've been for two years running and both years have been the same. I've never met staff quite like it.
Anything else you wish to tell us?
It's the first holiday we've had that has been simple, fun and accessible to a wheelchair.
