Overview

I went to an excellent gig here. Accessibility worked really well for me but May not suit everyone.

Transport & Parking

We went by car and parked at the Westfield centre. It was a 10-15 minute walk away but was fine for me in my chair.

Access

Step free entrance, double doors allow easier entrance. This is a small venue so they don’t have as much space as other places. I was able to set up at the front of the stage in my wheelchair for a good view. This might not work for others, but I really enjoyed it. There is an upstairs gallery for people who want a seat, but not sure there is a lift for this. My PA went to the bar for me, and there weren’t lowered counters, but staff were lovely so could help and make sure you get what you want.

Toilets

Accessible loo was lovely. Well decorated, plenty of space for me, wheelchair and PA. All very clean and well looked after.

Staff

Staff were lovely both in advance and on the night.
