Good all round. Access good, staff amicable, efficient and very pleasant and happy to help. Car parking good, wheelchair positions on theatre on front row! Made special by being fully accessible to every floor via lift.

Transport & Parking

There is a car park behind theatre. Blue badge holders get three hours free but plenty of free on street parking too so chose on street option close to theatre.

Access

Ramped access to front entrance. Level access to ground floor restaurant and bar, lift to other floors including Auditorium. Only drawback, lift is a bit small accommodates one wheelchair plus carer. Good to be on front row with good visibility of stage. Staff on duty ensuring noone surged to the front. Very helpful staff.

Toilets

Accessible loos on each floor with grab rails and plenty of room. Nice and clean. Sorry no changing table.

Staff

All staff we met were great. Disabled aware, good attitude and very helpful. The gent who was managing the lift was exceptionally accommodating and helpful.
