Overview

So i am a season ticket holder at Murrayfiled for Scotland for the 6 nations and autum season too. The best way to work through the review is to start from the beginning gaining tickets... Murrayfield has a designated number and access team who will help you get tickets for games. The majority of tickets are season passes for a disabled fan and a carer alongside. Some people who have a disabled child and adult in a family can be accomadated extremely well and positioned together. You can also gain a free parking pass which means you dont need to pay to park on the pitch. some issues this year with parking due to commerical enterprises taking precident. The staff will guide you to your seat, they also for me, stopped the crowd to allow me through! The tour is disabled friendly and i highly recommend a game there. the crowd can be overwhelming but being down front pitchside eases this concern. A great family day out and staff really will go out their way to help you!

Transport & Parking

during a non match day you can park no bother at the Disabled bays. amongst the Edinburgh Rugby teams cars, so can see some nice cars and meet players no bother. on match day its different over the years you can see they are trying. the Parking is free with a parking pass from Scottish rugby when you request it. however they moved us this year on a match day to the ice rink which doesnt have disabled bays and caused issues when the staff security tried to make cars park super close with no door room to transfer. i raised this with the health and safety team who will look into it.

Access

no bother at all. staff guide you through safely. theyve made adjustments brilliantly when raised and spent alot of money to make itsafe and accessible. the staff really do go out their way

Toilets

it can be hard to get to when crowded but if you ask staff to help you through they will stop the flow and make sure you get through ok when on match day.

cant fault them. the security staff are not great with disabled parking but the blue crew are :)

nope, if you need help in advance just call, they really do accomdate you! Linda Livingston who does the access tickets is brilliant! as are the rest of the team like rhys etc.
