Overview

We had a family breakfast to welcome returning daughter, husband and friend and were joined by other daughter and fiance. Four blue badge parking spaces near the entrance, and we managed to get one, but some of the others seem to have been taken by parties without badges or disabled members. Breakfast table for seven was a bit of a walk into the heart of the restaurant as the one large table near the door was not in use. Restaurant seemed to have been filled by putting customers near the entrance rather than using other tables further back.

Transport & Parking

We drove, one car getting a blue badge space near the entrance, the other two cars using general parking.

Access

I walked in with two sticks but our server seemed determined to place our party at the back of the restaurant. I prevailed upon him to allocate us a table in the middle.

Toilets

We did not use them.

Staff

Welcome staff seemed not to have seen or made allowance for my ambulant disability. Once we were all seated the service was very good.
