An agreeable park but no wheelchair access to the café

Overview
The park has some attractive features, some steep gradients, and the café is inaccessible to wheelchair users
Transport & Parking
The park is a short distance from Herne Hill Station, which offers step-free access to the platforms, and access to trains via manual boarding ramps (if you're lucky enough to find any staff to assist with ramps). The park is also about a 15-minute walk from Brixton tube station, which is fully step-free from street to train. Numerous buses serve the areas around the park. I wouldn't try parking near the park.
Access
I entered and exited the park via two separate gates and both gave easy ingress/egress. The tarmac paths throughout the park are smooth and comfortable. There are many steep gradients in the park, which is based around a hill. Nevertheless it is possible to keep to flat areas and still enjoy the park. The café is utterly hopeless for wheelchair users. A ramp has been installed, but it is an absolutely outrageously inappropriate piece of nonsense, far too short and so dangerously steep that it's just waiting for a dreadful accident to happen. See my photos below.
Toilets
I didn't find any accessible toilets.
Staff
I didn't meet any staff. I am, however, disgusted that the managers of the café imagine that the ramp they have installed is in any way safe or useful for wheelchair users.
Anything else you wish to tell us?
There is an agreeable walled garden, and there are certain points within the park from which a decent, but not dramatically interesting, view of Central London is available - see my photo below.
