Overview
The staff were increadibly kind and caring. We were looked after from the security men to the customer shop to the people in the shop. Every was really kind.
Transport & Parking
There is disabled parking free inside the boundaries of the British Museum.
Access
There was a lift specialist for disabled people and a kind security guard helped us use it. It was simple from thier.
Toilets
Clean tidy and accessible. No changing bed or hoist but for those who can use the toilet it was fine.
Staff
Helpful. Kind and friendly from the security guards st the front to the staff in the building everyone helped us as much as they could.
Anything else you wish to tell us?
I could have spent a day there. It got very busy in the Egyptian halls and I was aware of people taking pictures of me as i was in a wheelchair with a dog, thry didn't ask me and I felt a bit of an exhibit. The hall got too crowded so we left for areas not so busy.
