Overview

On the sea front by the old West Pier, the i360 offers a ride in a pod to a height of 450 feet. Disabled friendly with no steps & a lift from street level to the promenade (a useful facility even if not riding the i360). Very spacious taking two wheelchairs on each ride, with plenty of room to move around, particularly when quiet. The visitors area has a disabled toilet & the adjacent restaurant is equally disabled friendly. Carers travel free, but can only be booked by phone or on the day.

Transport & Parking

No parking at the venue, although there is street parking nearby, but can be busy during the season. There are car parks in the area, but can't comment on how accessible they are.

Access

Good access. No steps or ramps. Direct level access from the promenade & lift access from street level.

Toilets

Disabled loo easily accessible with grab rails & emergency pull cord.

Staff

Staff pleasant & helpful.
