This review is especially helpful for those who have or use the following: Walking Aid
Overview
Very helpful assistance once you get to departures.
Transport & Parking
I didn't notice as I had arranged it privately, BUT if using the taxi rank/dro0p off car park to the side, it is quite a long walk (300 yaqrds?) to the airport. We went to the arrivals part first, and ther was a disabled toilet near the door.
Access
Needs disabled drop-off area. No steps to get inside. Few chairs to take a rest, but some by Assistance Point. Lifts
Toilets
Fairly easy to find. Grab rails, clean and tidy. However, the one upstairs in the secure area, adjacent to the Assistance Office was out of order. (nearby toilets if you could walk)
Staff
Anything else you wish to tell us?
I would definitely visit again. I organised Assistance through Ryanair (and it was quick and efficient to do so, although they didn't seem to have arranged it at our destination). They outsourced the Assistance to OCS, and were very efficient in getting us through security and passport control. There was even a lift to enable us to board the aeroplane without climbing any steps.
