Transport & Parking

Right opposite the Market Street entrance to Waverley station, Parking available on Market Street. Taxi can drop off in layby beside entrance.

Access

Step free access and door/greeting staff will open the large front doors (if closed) when they see you coming. Tables in bar area randomly scattered around and adequate room to manoeuvre around them, Some high tables and stools but a fair amount at lower height. Booths around edge (think these can be reserved). Stool seating available at bar. Tables on lower level standard height, and again adequate room to manoeuvre. Drive-in lift to take you up/down the half dozen steps to the lower level. All staff members happy to assist by getting the key, but several needed to consult colleagues for instruction on how it works!

Toilets

Just across from where the lift lets you out on the lower level. Code needed for door, Members of staff happy to assist. Plenty of room inside.

On a Sunday the bar area was a lovely cosy place to spend the afternoon. After work on Friday it was party central downstairs and the live music was VERY LOUD, so don't expect conversation if you're hard of hearing! The smoked haddock and black pudding starter was excellent.
