Overview

This pub in near the city centre in Dundee, we were made very welcome & everything was done to make our visit enjoyable.

Transport & Parking

Don’t know about parking Asia’s in my wheelchair & others were walking.

Access

Straight off the street into the pub, no steps.

Toilets

Toilet was in the bar area. Big enough to accommodate the wheelchair, had grab rails in appropriate places. Toilet was clean, easy to find & there would have been room for a carer if needed.

Staff

The staff were exceptional, being friendly & very helpful. When we went into the pub we saw that the majority of the seating was at high tables, I was willing to sit in my wheelchair while my friends had a drink at the bar. However one of the bar staff asked members of the public to move seats so that I could sit at a normal table with my friends. Also when I went to the toilet they were there to open the door & see that it was closed before leaving me the same happened when I came out again. Everything was done with a smile & some chat - very impressive. Thank you.

The staff & it was an enjoyable couple of drinks , feeling that you were made comfortable with very little fuss.
