Short sighted business making limited or no interest in accommodating disabled customers

Overview
This is my first ever thoroughly negative review and I hope Bowmore read it and take note. The Bowmore website has some limited access information so I emailed asking if they could accommodate a wheelchair user even though their tour is unfortunately not accessible due to the layout of the period building and the reply I received said: "Our tours are not wheelchair friendly as it is a working distillery" I replied saying that many of the other distilleries take a more inclusive approach to accommodating thoose with disabilities so I will visit them instead.

The only coms I received were limited, short, bordering on sarcastic and unhelpful. I would recommend you visit other distilleries who invest in being as inclusive as they can.
