Overview

The store is located in the pedestrian area of the Main Street there are two sets of doors only one set in use. There are doors that open via an access button that you press. This is on the right hand side of the door. The door opens out the way but is a double door. Inside the store the display stands run across the store and on the wall on the right-hand side as you enter. The Pharmacy counter is located at the back of the store in the left hand corner as you go in. There are some sets in the area if you are waiting for a Prescription to be made up. There are no armrest on the chairs and they are not fixed to the floor so they might not suit everyone's needs

Transport & Parking

There is no parking outside this store because it is in a pedestrian area the nearest spaces are to the West of the store along the Main St. There are a few spaces in this area they are well used as this area is used to park when accessing a lot of the shops on the Main Street.

Access

The store is doing it best to help people with disabilities and the access is good. There is the sign at the door that indicates that help is available to people with a range of disabilities. This also indicates that Guide dogs, Assistance dogs are welcome in the store.

Staff

The staff were very busy but also friendly and are happy to help people look for products within the store if you require help or assistance.

Anything else you wish to tell us?

All of the points to pay for goods are located on the left hand side of the store as you enter. This is not a large Boots Store and as a result you might find that some products are not available. The General basics items you would expect in a branch of Boots should however be there. When we visited there was some cleaning being done but there were plenty of warning notices in place about wet floor area.
