Overview

Both our journeys to and from this airport were very good and about the same size as Edinburgh. The staff and those in security recognised my lanyard and could not have been more helpful. Although I did not ask, we were offered buggy transport to and from our gates. I was asked about my onward journeys and if they could be of any assistance. There were ample areas for all the usual airport services, though like Edinburgh has more regional status than international, so not everything is Open 24 hrs. The sevic s in the airport are more expensive than parts of Bologna.

Transport & Parking

Lots of parking with designated spaces, 15 min bus service to City Center, €2 to €4 takes approx 20 mins. Has disabled access and space for a wheelchair, single deck, 2 doors.

Access

All on one level main concourse, departure gates on upper level - lift and escalator available. Lenny seated areas on both levels especially at departure gates.

Toilets

Did not use, well signed and clear access however.

Staff

Very attentive, friendly and welcoming, could not be more helpful.
