Overview
What we could see was beautiful, but there was a lot we couldn't access. There is very little that is level and we're there are slopes, they are quite or very steep. We were given a map on entry with the step free route, but it was difficult to find it in all places
Transport & Parking
There is a drop of spot just inside the gate, but if you're driving, or alone, the blue badge spaces are sideways on on a steep hill. I couldn't open the door to get out it needed pushing so much uphill. The path from the parking down to, what it turns out isn't even the entrance, was incredibly steep. From there you still need to go under a tunnel to the entrance.
Access
I just about managed some of the grounds in my power chair, but anyone with a smaller scooter or manual wheelchair would have struggled.
Toilets
What toilets there were were clean and warm, but we couldn't find the ones on the map in the garden - it was a long way back.
Staff
The staff were helpful and keen to explain a step free way around - but we couldn't follow what they said when we got there
