Overview
From the second you enter the resort you are made to feel wanted. Had a slight issue with the blue lagoon but that was sorted by the managers. Amazing food and even better activities.
Transport & Parking
I drove to the resort and it is easy to find and well sign posted If you have a blue badge you are allowed to park outside your lodge otherwise you can unload your car then park in one of the many car parks situated around the resort. Remember where you have parked though as it is a big resort. There is a land train but it was broken for the last 3 days we was there for.
Access
The land train is only available to use if you have a manual chair or are mobile without the use of power chair or mobility scooter. The hills are very steep so you need to plan before your journey's. There is a lift in every building with upstairs tiers. There are benches situated around the resort to have a rest. They could improve on entry and exit to adapted lodges and some of the buildings but nothing to major.
Toilets
I use urine bottles so cannot comment on toilets as it wouldn't be a fair judgement. There was grab rails in the toilets I used though.
Staff
The staff were super friendly I cannot fault them one bit and if you have any issues during your stay the staff and management go above and beyond to make you feel important. We had a slight issue with the blue lagoon and we came back to cookies, fudge and a apology notice from the manager.
Anything else you wish to tell us?
There was hand sanitation stations located around the resort and disposable masks if you want to wear one. Staff made sure tables were cleaned as soon as possible when someone left the restaurant too.
