Overview
The Bluebird bakery cafe at 201 Acomb Road is largely wheelchair friendly. There is lots of space inside and large, accessible toilets. The coffee and cakes are good, especially the brownies.
Transport & Parking
There is no parking specifically for the cafe. However, you can park opposite (outside the co-op) or on the road. It's about 7 minutes roll from Morrison car park which has blue badge spaces. The number 1 bus stops very close by.
Access
The doors are heavy but someone usually jumps up to help me with them. There is lots of room inside and the tables are high enough for some wheelchairs arms to get under. It can get a little noisy due to the large space but staff did turn down the music when asked to.

Anything else you wish to tell us?
Most staff wear masks but I haven't seen a much table cleaning. I feel safe enough to visit regularly as there is decent ventilation from the door opening.
