Overview
Ramps throughout and lifts to each floor
Transport & Parking
Plenty of close disabled parking spots
Access
Sometimes some of the viewing windows can be difficult to see the reptiles from a wheelchair height, but easy to see all the fish tanks.
Toilets
Small but adequate disabled toilet, difficult to fit 2carers and child in wheelchair in without setting the hand drier off! No changing place.
Staff
Very informative. Very helpful and pleasant.
