Overview
Based at St James’s Square, tucked away outside of St James Quarter, this is a quiet spot for a break when shopping. It can be accessed from level 3 but you need to go through doors into a courtyard area. The cafe serves good coffee and brilliant treats and is the perfect antidote to the bustling shopping centre. The tables are great, I could fit under in my powerchair comfortably. There are different ways to order. Screens as you enter, QR code or going to the counter. I thought this was brilliant as it suited different abilities. The staff are really friendly too! The one thing that let it down was the accessible toilet. There are two doors that open out the way and the corridor is really narrow. Once inside, the space is quite neat too, no doughnuts were managed. Fortunately there are plenty of toilets in St James Quarter.
