Overview
Black Rock Sands is a beach which allows vehicles onto it, so ideal for any disabled visitors to access. We took our Campervan onto it, and had no problems with getting on or off the beach. I used my sticks and Nimbo Walker whilst on the beach - the sand was compact enough to manage ok without needing anything like beach wheels. I was able to walk up to the sea, and didn’t get stuck once. I’ve really struggled with getting onto beaches and moving around in other locations so this was brilliant for me. It’s also a great place to fly a kite!
Transport & Parking
With it being a drivable beach, it was possible to park wherever we liked!
Access
As the sand was hard enough to take a vehicle, it was extremely accessible- straight out of our vehicle and directly onto the beach!
