Overview
This station is a maze. In classic Birmingham style, you can end up going round and round and getting no where.
Transport & Parking
Did not leave the station.
Access
Whole station can be accessed in a wheelchair as there are lifts. I find the signage confusing and often end up back where you started. This station has a waiting room especially for those who need assistance. The room had cushioned chairs and plenty of wheelchairs.
Toilets
Did not use the toilets. Will review next time. Last time I went to toilet at this station it was a nightmare as there are "zones" and trying to access a different "zone" when the toilet in your "zone" was out of order, was a nightmare. According to Google this station has a changing place facility on the eastern concourse...they could provide better directions because as an outsider I'd have no clue where that was.
Staff
Assistance on my trip (23-01-2020) was flawless. No issues with ramp.
