Overview
All these buses were wheelchair accessible which was great. But as you are sitting on the ground floor the view really isn't the best. As most of the tour was talking about what you could see above us or in the distance we missed a lot of it! However it was a great way to get around the city. Also the stop that they had for the high line looked like it didn't have any wheelchair access.
Transport & Parking
Many stops around the city, operating both a upper and lower tour.
Access
All the buses were wheelchair accessible, they only had one disabled area though and if a wheelchair was on you needed to wait for the next bus, which were roughly every 15 minutes. As I have said as you are on the lower deck the view wasn't the best.
Toilets
Staff
Very friendly, some were a bit OTT! They were well informed and styles differed from guide to guide.
Anything else you wish to tell us?
It gave us a good orientation of the city, however you do feel like you're missing a lot. Also due to where the wheelchair spot is and the position of the stair you can only really see out the front and right window.
