Overview
My first visit to this cinema and it didn't disappoint! Friendly staff, great access, excellent seats, AMAZING screen and audio... Just a shame that I didn't get to pick the movie!
Transport & Parking
Access is great... If you know where you're going!! We somehow got caught going round and round in circles trying to work out how to get in and navigate the underpass - but once you know where to go it's ace! It's really near Waterloo so was very convenient for us transport wise.
Access
It was superb. We rocked up and bought our tickets (carer goes free) and then treated ourselves to an essential ice cream! Staff had told us where to go so we headed up in the spacious lift. It helps to have someone with you as when you exit the lift there are a few heavy doors until you get to the auditorium. Accessible seats and wheelchair spaces are in the back row so very easy to access. It also means that you have a great sightline and no tilting heads skywards! Everything is well signposted. Also saw evacuation chairs displayed too.
Toilets
Spacious and clean
Staff
Fab! Staff on the booking desk helpful & made sure that we knew where we were going. Also went the extra mile by bring us 3D glasses to our seat. There was a really nice touch when a staff member introduced the film to the auditorium which added to the experience!
Anything else you wish to tell us?
It's not cheap - but as a treat it's definitely worth it. I think our tickets were £30 which included a comp carers ticket. Will definitely definitely visit again. But this time I'M choosing the film!!
