Overview
Accesible Museum with easy to read and see displays.. Helpful volunteers. Clean throughout. Outside area overlooking garden. Restaurant. Accesible toilet which is very clean .
Transport & Parking
Lots of free parking, though there is a disabled allocated space. Residential road means a concierge may open gate. Didn't use public transport.
Access
Easy flat enterance. Step free access via an easy slope, but two steps if preferred. Volunteers will advise. Flat surface throughout. Seats available. All restaurant area good. Outside area accessible, toilets clean and roomy with a red cord. Gravel garden.
Toilets
Grab rails in toilet which is clean and spacious.
Staff
Very helpful volunteers. Alan was wonderful and advised us to watch an 11 minute film. He gave us lots of interesting stories.
Anything else you wish to tell us?
Lots of interactive displays. Definitely would recommend a visit. Even the desk drawers were thoughtfully pulled out at an angle so that wheelchair users could easily see interiors. All information guides in an easy to read font.
