Bennachie is the highest peak in the north-east of Scotland, but there's lots to discover at ground level, too, from ruined buildings and the Bennachie Visitor Centre to the red squirrel viewing screens and all-ability trails.

Accessibility

The Discovery Trail is an all-ability trail, exploring the forest surrounding Bennachie. The Bennachie Visitor Centre is open April - October, with the toilets also open during winter daylight hours.
