Overview
There is a huge step to get in and their normal ramp was broken. They hand a second ramp that would land someone in hospital if they tried to use it (it was tiny and wasn't secured.) They didn't respect me saying that the ramp was dangerous, instead touching my wheelchair and trying to force me to use it they obviously didn't know how to set up a ramp or wheelchair etiquette either. I ended up being carried in my wheelchair into the restaurant as I didn't want to leave the rest of my group. There were no dairy free options but on there website is a list of gluten free, vegetarian and vegan options. The music was very loud too. They have no accessibility information on their website so I suggest checking Google maps reviews and filter for the word 'disabled' or 'accessable' The only toilet is upstairs on the second floor with no lift. Nobody wore masks either
Transport & Parking
Access
The menu is written in a tiny font and I couldn't see a braille or large print option. Toilets are on the second floor with no lift Huge step in and their ramp is currently broken (as of January 2023) I could get my Wheelchair under the table though.
Toilets
They are upstairs with no lift.
Staff
One member of staff touched my wheelchair and tried to "help me". Didn't respect it when I told them the ramp was dangerous, and generally made me feel uncomfortable.
Anything else you wish to tell us?
Nobody wore masks and I don't recall seeing hand sanitizer at the door. Definitely wouldn't visit again.
