Overview
This is a very large model village and the railway is more extensive than I imagined. It goes through the whole site. There is also a funicular railway, cable car, and many many shop puns.
Transport & Parking
The car park is across the road. There are disabled spaces, but I'd estimate it's maybe 200m away from the entrance. If distance isn't an issue this is fine, but if you want to park closer you can't.
Access
The whole park is accessible except for the viewing platform that looks over the whole site. This is up a set of steep steps (and then down the other side). I struggled to get up. A wheelchair user would have no chance.
Toilets
Staff
The staff were aware of the sunflower lanyard for hidden disability. They offered to let me sit down and bring my coffee over to me because I struggled to stand and wait for it to finish being made.
Anything else you wish to tell us?
They've put in a one way system, but this means that unless you go round twice you can't visit certain parts. And they've stopped the miniature railway which is the ride on one so I can't judge what the access arrangements are like (the model railway is going but they're two separate things)
