Overview

A great day out and easily accessible for people on mobility scooters which are available on site but you do need to book in advance as they soon go

Transport & Parking

Drove to venue and found ample disabled parking that was wide spaced and right next to venue

Access

Easy to navigate around and there are ramps lifts and the staff are very helpful for those that are having mobility issues and on hand to assist

Toilets

Found a few toilets with easy ramp access for both scooter and wheel chair users

Staff

All the staff I met and interacted with couldn’t have been more friendly and helpful especially with regards to moving around the museum in a mobility scooter and those at the entrance made sure I was able to go straight in through a wider entrance and held doors so I could go through without problem

Anything else you wish to tell us?

Most deffinatly going again although I wouldn’t go when schools are out again as most people seemed to let their children run around with no supervision but that’s not the problem of the museum but inconsiderate parents
