Overview
The bank is laid out the same way as any other bank with areas for personal banking and business banking etc. There was one cash point in side as well as a machine to pay money in to your account
Transport & Parking
There is no parking outside the bank and the nearest parking is next to the North pier area this is a few minutes away. The main bus satiation is across the road and has a service of local buses. There is also a Taxi rank
Access
Access is level from the pavement in to the bank via two sets of double atomic doors. There was space to move around the bank to access any area you might require. There is one low level cash point on the outside of the bank this is to the left of the main door.
Toilets
No toilets available in the bank.
Staff
Staff very helpful and will do what they can to assist people

Typical Bank of Scotland might be a bit smaller than some of the larger branches in big towns and cites
