Overview
The bank has automatic double doors that open as you approach them they open inwards. There is a lot of space to move with in the bank. The bank has a notice at the door indicating that Guide Dogs and Assistance dogs are welcome. The sign also shows that it is wheelchair friendly. There is a sign that indicates that an induction loop system is in place as well.
Transport & Parking
This bank is located in a pedestrian area and as a result there is no Blue Badge parking available. The nearest space would be at the rear of the Quadrant shopping centre. Which has a lift available however this is only available between 9am and 6pm.
Access
Once you enter the bank it is very much an open plan area that gives a lot of space to move around. There is a reception desk on the left as you enter who will assist people with general banking enquires. The cash point machines and pay in machine are accessible with space around them. There are 6 tellers desks however there is not a low access one

The staff are very friendly and approachable there is normally a member of staff standing in the main area who is able to advice or assist people as required

There is a notice at the bank door that indicate that Guide and Assistance dogs are welcome. There is a loop system to assist people who use hearing aids The notice also indicates that help is available to those with visual problems as well as people in wheelchairs.
