Street food in the Baltic Market!

Overview
Was pleasantly surprised by how accessible this food venue was! Yes, it can get very busy which makes access a little trickier for everyone, but the fundamentals were there: step-free access, accessible loo, well-lit environment, movable benches at low tables, and very friendly staff.
Transport & Parking
There's a pay and display car park right beside the market as well as on-street parking. We found a space no bother. I'm not familiar with Liverpool's public transport.
Access
Loved the completely step-free entrance through a door that remained propped open (even in November!), straight down a gentle ramp right into the heart of the venue. The space is huge and well-lit, the noise levels are quite high, especially when busy, but the environment is very relaxed. There are lots of food stalls to browse, and once you've ordered you're given a buzzer to take to your seat (or wherever you like) so you don't have to stand and wait on your food. This really helps to keep the passageway around the stalls clear from queuing and waiting crowds. I'm sure staff would be happy to assist anybody with carrying food to tables if required. Benches at tables are lightweight and can be moved aside if wheelchair access if required. Floors were all concrete and smooth. Very dog-friendly environment - there were lots of dogs when we visited! The bar is probably the least accessible part of the venue as the counter is at standing height and it can be difficult to attract the attention of bar staff. A dropped counter would bring this review up to five star.
Toilets
I didn't use these, but I did see an accessible loo beside the ladies toilets that had a wide door opening outwards.
Staff
I found everyone to be extra friendly here! Everyone working here seemed to be in a good mood too which added to the welcoming atmosphere.
Anything else you wish to tell us?
Overall a great accessible space to catch up with friends over some seriously tasty street food. I highly recommend the rocky road cookie dough!
