Overview

This is the place to go when in Newcastle. The whole place is pretty much accessible, the only annoying thing that the front entrance, with the shop, has a series of steps up to the access to the lift that take you to the galleries. The Accessible route is a long path way round the ride with a long path which can not be shortcuted.

Transport & Parking

Walked here, large car park at the front.

Access

Access to all floors is via lifts, that go really fast. All floors are level and access has been thought about well.

Toilets

Accessible toilets where spacious and clean, I spotted on with a hoist which was pretty special (though it was out of order!)

Staff

Very happy, informative and communicated well!
