Overview

Dispite its name (Hoelle Hotel means Hell Hotel), we wdere amazed at how accessable everything was. Our room did have a low level bath, but some rooms have wslk in shower. All parts of the hotel were easily accessable in our power chair and wheelchair. We could even charge up the chair in our large room. Salzburg old town was just a 20 min walk away. We stayed here for 6 nights.

Transport & Parking

Free parking in quiet side road at front of hotel. Main road and bus route behind hotel.. didnt check out the public transport.

Access

Fully accessable hotel with gentle ramps, lift, wide room doors a d ourroom was amply big enough. Beds are a little low but comfortab

Toilets

Loo was accessable in a spacious bathroom but low and no rails.

Staff

Staff were always polite and helpful when asked, but we did need to ask. Those we engaged with didnt go out of thier way to help but would respond to requests, in a business like way. A few more smiles, acknowledgements or even the odd enquiry about our day would habelke qualit

Not overly impressed with food... just your average pub like quality. Portions a good size. Lots of sockets in room. Roomd a little warm...ours had aor con thank goodness. Our room was at back with a busy road, but quiet at night. Would hapily stau here again
