Overall the experience was good
Transport & Parking
Access
The birthday gathering was in one of the function rooms upstairs but was accessible via a lift there where two lifts available making it quicker/easier to get upstairs with multiple wheelchair users.
Toilets
There was a changing places toilet available with a working hoist, the only downside was that the hoist a mobile one therefore not as easy to use compared to a ceiling track one.
Staff
Staff were helpful and friendly, and helped to put tables out ready for the party.
