Overview

This did not shape up what it looked on booking.com, it was more a Hostel than a Hotel and the Building was akin to a construction by Bob the Builder rather than a company you would have more confidence in. Despite this we did not allow this to impose on our stay and visit this part of the Italian Riviera. There no disabled accessibility, no lift provision for a wheelchair or disabled facilities - we were told that this seasonal Hotel had only opened the day before. So it was partly maintenance site, no pool available as advertised, no hot breakfast provision - once food consumed it and coffee, orange juice were gone, clearly there was no preparation for opening given they were fully occupied, mostly by Scots - the excuse of just opened was not justified by the complaints made.. although next to the Railways Station and near the main hub, that was all that was a plus.

Not as advertised, repairs and maintenance was ongoing.

Staff

There was only a daytime nighttime staff member on call, cleaning staff on duty but no communication in English. This was not as advertised.
